Brother,
thank you so much for your book "From onions to pearls"! For me it came right now in the moment, where my foot was hanging over the last step, and with these words it softly settled down on the last step and with that there were no steps at all, no way to go and I'm now recognizing myself as the source in movement and manifestation, and experiencing he love and truth in her immanent form.

| After 30 years filled with
education as a scientist, being a student/teacher of Aikido, chanting
my TM mantra, studying Eastern and Western mysticism, going "Clear" in Scientology, participation
in 'Ramtha's School of Enlightenment', and an outrageous, 2-day long 'peak
experience' of "The Opening of The Thousand-Petaled Lotus" I was looking
for the 'common denominator' to have it all make sense to me. It was wonderful
to read From Onions to Pearls" and "From Seekers to Finders. They
are true 'way markers' on this outrageous journey of evolution. Thank You, Satyam Nadeen. Carroll Adam Cobbs fermione@ywave.com Yelm, WA 98597 USA - August 4, 2004 |

No doubt any longer, I am in the process of releasing and it's really funny, extraordinary and sometimes overwhelming. I love you so much for what you are expressing, but I also love Saddam Hussein and every other being, because anything is expressing the source in its own, perfect way. Hello Satyam, I'm half way through From Seekers to Finders and it's been a pleasure to finaly get some feedback from the source. I thought I was wasting my time all these years of searching, I can now finaly relax. I do not know a single person who is interested in seeking. I thought I was alone. I've read many books but not known a seeker or a finder personally, now I see I'm not alone in this search. I can now relax and watch......... Dear Satyam! We just met by "chance", my friend Franchesca and myself at the Internetcafe in Puerto Banus, Marbella, Spain and immediatly started a satsang, which lead us to your book and your website and your spiritual enlightment. We both have read your book From Onions to Pearls several times and found it each time more fascinating, inspiring and enlightening!!! We are very grateful for your gift and are hoping that we may be able to come and speak to you in person, if the source agrees?! A number of years ago I was priviledged to briefly experience so-called 'cosmic consciousness' while water skiing. Since that awakening, I have read truckloads of spiritual literature including From Seekers to Finders which I recently stumbled upon. I can say without hesitation that Satyam Nadeen is one of the very few spiritual writers who actually knows what he is talking about. Satyam Nadeen's understanding of the topic of consciousness is unusually accurate. There is little need to read anyone else.

I read From Onions to Pearls in 1999, and it started a process that literally remade my life. While I can remember the person that I was, there are no emotions attached to those memories of who I was. It's like I'm viewing a historical drama. I still have no idea why reading your book caused such an extreme reaction within me. I don't recall reading of anyone else having a similar experience but if there is such a person I would welcome an email from them...
Today I am helping people make the same shift I made. Hopefully it will be a little easier for them :-)

Dear Satyam, Wow, yesterday your book From Seekers to Finders came into my life and it is just great. Me too, I served 29 month in an Australian prison where i practised my meditation, as well daily Chi-gung, and it was my own wake up call as well. At this momant I guide meditation, teach Chi-gung and four times a week I share a great Chinese tea ceremony with Oolong teas here at the Spa, a fasting center in Koh-Samui. Maybe one day you could either come here, or next year to a new place which friends of mine will open. The name, and their website too, is Kamalaya.com. Karina, John, Ian and Dirk are the founders. If we ever have the chance of meeting I would love to offer you the great Oolong teas which I serve. All the best to you, and soon I will try to get your other book as well. May the force be with you. Love, Light and health San-bao San-bao lotus_awakening@hotmail.com Lamai, Koh-Samui Thailand - August 5, 2003 |

Dear Satyam, I am so thankful for your both of your books! I am amazed at how I found them. I was looking for another book on Amazon.com and at the bottom was listed other books purchased... I ordered them both at the same time. Glad I did, can't imagine having to wait for the second one!!! I am currently in the Bible belt and should be moving to Hawaii soon - sure do hope to find someone to Satsang with. I have so many questions... guess I'll read them all over again. I, too, had the bubbling giggles while reading your books!!! What an experience! Would love to meet you some day. ALL IS WELL! :0)

Dear Satyam, Such a relief hit me in the heart like fresh water, just reading a few of your words from both your books, which I'm in the process of reading through now. I'm in the presence of a teacher I love. His teacher is Ramana Maharshi. Your books are facilitating an easier letting go. No need to print this letter of thanks on your site (though, of course, you have my permission). I just want to express my love for you and the gift I have received from your writings. Here's a short poem of mine for you:

My mind has been playing havoc lately. After the first realisation everything was going so swimmingly till crash bang, the mind said, look this is just another phase. You'll never get rid of me. I replied yeah OK, no problem, its great either way. Its still rebelling, wonder how long it will last. Chandra Bhat cbhat@tpg.com.au Sydney, NSW Australia - |

Namaskar, It is said that the Buddha was asked "How does one recognise the Dhamma amidst this barrage of conflicting views bombarded towards us" To which he replied "If it is simple and easy to understand, know that it is the Dhamma." Just read Onions and Pearls and what you say is simple and easy to understand. Dhanyawad. Bhagavato Sakhavato Dhammo. Ramana Maharishi's mother discovered that Ramana was living in a cave on Arunachala Mountain. She entreated him to return. The Maharishi was in mauna, he wrote these few words on a scrap of paper: Everything that happens, will happen, no matter what you do to stop it from happening. Everything that won't happen, will not happen, no matter what you do to make it happen. The best course of action is to remain silent. His mother dropped everything and moved in to look after him. Read Erich Von Daniken's In Search of Ancient Gods, some 26 years ago in 1977, when I was 17. In it he said: Imagine a computer with an infinite number of bytes. This computer is all there is. It is consciousness. It needs stimulation there being nothing else in its eternal loneliness. It spreads itself far and wide into space which it creates, programming each byte with a schedule and a command " Go forth and experience life, interact with your fellow bytes, then come back to me so your experiences of interaction could fill my solitude." If each byte asks itself who am I and where did I come from, it wouldn't get an answer, the answer not being in its program. When I read that, zssst I was hit with a gut feeling that Wow, that's it. Now 26 years later after being Ested, Stoned, Jiddued, Lsdeed, Pirsigged, Castanedad and currently being Vipassanad, Zssst, I got the same gut feeling while and after reading your book. Dhanyawad once more. Would also like to add that I did two 10 day mauna retreats with the Vipassana centre at Blackheath just before my wife was diagnosed with Cancer. She died soon after. I have splurged a bit on books (mostly on Buddhism and enlightenment) a fair bit as there was no Mrs Bhat to curb our spending (my daughter and I spend a lot). In normal course I defintely would not have bought your book, as it wasn't Buddha oriented and also because I had bought a fair bit and was trying to rein in my extravagance. I started going to a nearby Library as a cheaper option. An option my wife had coaxed me to opt for when she was alive. After 6 months I had exhausted most of the stuff in the Philosophy and metaphysical section and happened to see From Onions to Pearls on display near the exit amidst numerous other biographies. Picked it up by sheer chance. Had it been in a bookshop I would have by passed it. I picked it up some two weeks ago but didn't touch it till 8 April. Couldn't keep it down. On 10 April I had a course in the city, and after the course I wandered to the local New age bookshop and purchased from Seekers to finders. This morning I meditated for an hour as normal, kept quarelling with my mind that I am that, I am Sachitananda, it kept saying well, where are the trumpets and the bliss then? Upon continuing to read the book in the train on the way to work, I read about contractions. Dhanyawad once more. By the way Ananda has another meaning, it also means contentment which arises out of happiness. A friend rang just before lunch, to tell me that she had no peace, at home or work or anywhere. I advised her to buy the book. She said, I'm on my way to the bookstore now " I guess her tryst with destiny had arrived.
Verily thou art that. --Chandra

Dear Nadeen,
Not sure how I found your site - but I am so VERY thankful I did. Am trying now to get my hands on your books (haven't read them yet). However, I just finished reading your latest Newsletter posting, "Finders Keepers" - what you had to say there was so meaningful to me.
These words seem so inadequate (and, of course, they are) - but, Thank you.

My life has changed completely since first writing a comment about my experience after reading your book in 1999. That initial awakening and subsequent spirtual and emotional growth I experienced has literally transformed my life and it wasn't painless...Everything that I thought would make me happy is gone. House, car, marriage, friends, job, pets, everything. A new life, new friends, new job, new home etc is forming around me and I've never been more fulfilled.

Hello Satyam!
After reading your two books, I feel the urge to thank you (and to hug you!) immensely! This is the consequence and essence of all my religious/spiritual search since my childhood. It seems, now everything is said and done and life can be encountered as it is.
And last, but not least: it is the first "spiritual" book, that made me really laugh a lot.

Dear Satyam of myself, When I was a little person growing up I felt a tremendous urgency to merge with everything in my world and the deep anguish and frustration that followed when I realized that I didn't know how to do that because I was taught that this body was separate from what I saw. Now after all the peeling and revealing, all the seeking and searching, I know I am everything in my world. Your story managed to disintegrate any lingering doubt. Now with both feet planted in pearls, my apatite for onions has completely vanished! Feeling so much gratitude for the God who looks out on his creation though my very own eyes. I turned my computer on and before I got to my e mail site, Nadeen's Guest Book just POPPED-UP on the computer. Is Source playing around with me? Then I found my own message from 1999 in this Guest Book. I read where I was then and I would like to think I am more out-of-my-mind now. I journal (Satsang) now very, very slowly these days and easily get tired of words and enjoy the blissful moments when I close my eyes/mind and enter a nirvanish state. I had a dark-night-of-the-soul experience (struck with the my ENORMOUS EGO) three weeks before Nadeen showed up in Key West, FL. a few years ago and I gave away all my other books and now I can only refer to Nadeen's books when I need inspiration for journaling (picking a page at random and only one phrase or sentence). I would like to Satsang with others if any one is interested. Being together in mindlessness, but same in spirit, might bring us closer to Source in moments of silence together; and then sharing our joyous insights with the devine (which might just be ourselves). Afterwords we could be silent again. Being in a slower state, seems to brings me clarity and enraptured with the bliss of eternal moments. Is it the same for you?

I adored onions to pearls and could identify with a lot of what was written. It became clear to me regarding our contracts of being on entry into this world some time ago during a ceremony. I was shown a figure with tiny discs located in several areas and was told these are the experiences you relate to, without the programming there would be no experience. To see this type of clarification in your book was fantastic as I was also told at the time that I could move them around a little but would not be allowed to remove or re-locate them completley. This proved to me at the time similar theories to your own.Your book was like a homecoming for me and I continue to carry it wherever I go to enable me to not loose the plot completely when I feel myself being drawn back into 3D.
